Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in LaSalle County, Illinois. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Part-time with flexible hours.
