Immediate opening: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Lincoln County, West Virginia. On a typical shift you will skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
