The role involves carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
