Gas commissioning technician — Tillamook County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Tillamook County, Oregon. Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Your main tasks: • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser Six days a week, one day off. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
