Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Rowan County, North Carolina. The job is at a busy gas installation company. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches The role involves fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation.
