The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Performance bonus on top of base pay.
