We are recruiting: we are hiring a deep cleaning operative in Mendocino County, California. You will be based at a shopping centre. The role involves mop up spills and put out wet-floor warning signs; sanitise high-touch points like door handles and light switches; strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine; report low stock, breakages and maintenance faults; restock toilet paper, hand towels and soap dispensers. Requirements: • Flexible to cover weekends and rotating shifts • Reliable timekeeping for early-morning or late shifts • Comfortable operating floor scrubbers and vacuum equipment Six days a week, one day off.
