We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Olorunsogo, Oyo State. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
