Scullery hand — Nodaway County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Nodaway County, Missouri. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
