Scaffold fitter • Livingston County, Kentucky

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Livingston County, Kentucky. You will be based at a shipyard. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Your main tasks: • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class Full-time with occasional weekends.
