Production welder • Habersham County, Georgia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production welder in Habersham County, Georgia. You will work on a structural steel site. On a typical shift you will weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
