Vacancy available: site safety steward (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site safety steward in Grant County, Indiana. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces The role involves: • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits.
