We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Wibaux County, Montana. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
