Oven operator — Fika

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Fika, Yobe State. You will work at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Rotating shifts. ₦295,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
