Rigging foreman wanted in Russell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Russell County, Alabama. You will work at a container port. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Day-to-day duties: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads 5+ years on the tools preferred.
