Concrete labourer — Shenandoah County

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Shenandoah County, Virginia. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage On the job you will handle: • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified Rotating shifts.
