Powder coating line operator wanted in Burnet County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Burnet County, Texas. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
