Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble mason in Matagorda County, Texas. You will be based on a hotel and villa renovation project. You should have: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish Your main tasks: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
