Site safety steward — Houston County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in Houston County, Minnesota. You will be based at an oil and gas facility. The role involves: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
