Paint booth operator — Plaquemines Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 3+ years on the tools preferred.
