Urgent requirement: kitchen cook (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Habersham County, Georgia. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off.
