Immediate opening: powder coating line operator (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Scott County, Mississippi. You will be based at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape.
