Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Lee County, Arkansas. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. You should have: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Day-to-day duties: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
