Immediate opening: delivery rider (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a delivery rider in Halifax County, Virginia. You will be based at a restaurant running its own delivery. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain Day to day you will update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding.
