Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Potter County, Texas. You will work at a logistics warehouse. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Confident with manual handling and load securing The role involves log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
