You should have: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Punctual with reliable attendance • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage The role involves: • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
