Line cook • Doddridge County, West Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Doddridge County, West Virginia. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours.
