Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
