Now hiring: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Worcester County, Maryland. The job is at a busy building site. The role involves install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls 3+ years on the tools preferred.
