Aluminium door and window fabricator — Brown County

Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Brown County, Illinois. You will work at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. Day to day you will de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames. You should have: • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
