Now hiring: we are hiring a safety officer in Marion County, Texas. The job is in a warehouse and logistics yard. Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites On a typical shift you will record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task.
