Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Nassau County, Florida. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
