Electrical wireman • Champaign County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrical wireman in Champaign County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Wire single-phase and three-phase distribution boards • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
