Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
