Powder coating sprayer wanted in Sherman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Sherman County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
