Captain waiter wanted in Coweta County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Coweta County, Georgia. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. Day to day you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
