Vacancy available: we are hiring a production welder in Geidam, Yobe State. The job is on a structural steel site. Requirements: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings You will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
