Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Mingo County, West Virginia. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
