Join our team: we are hiring a godown forklift operator in Putnam County, Georgia. The job is at a container loading yard. Requirements: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Accurate, careful stock handling • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks Day to day you will read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit; transport raw materials and finished goods between bays; operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles; pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner; stack and de-stack goods in high-bay racking. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
