Dumper truck operator — Geary County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Geary County, Kansas. You will be based at a road-building project. The role involves: • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines You should have: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
