Immediate opening: ladle pourer (Georgia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Hancock County, Georgia. You will work at a busy iron foundry. Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling The role involves: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
