Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Payette County, Idaho. The role involves: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
