Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time, day shift.
