CO2 welder wanted in Pend Oreille County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Pend Oreille County, Washington. You will work at an automobile body shop. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances On a typical shift you will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls.
