Kitchen steward wanted in Madison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Madison County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
