Plasterer wanted in Surry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plasterer in Surry County, North Carolina. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. The role involves: • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Check walls for plumb and level as you go You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
