Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car refinisher in Butte County, California. The job is at a busy body shop. You will set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
