You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • A good head for heights and steady balance • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel On a typical shift you will torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; insulate and ventilate the roof void; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
