We are recruiting: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Franklin County, Vermont. The job is at a supermarket cold-chain site. The role involves recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter. Ideal candidate: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
