Halal butcher — McMinn County

Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in McMinn County, Tennessee. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
